Fast and Furious Nissan 350Z Up For Sale
You could own the insane Nissan 350Z from the Fast and Furious: Tokyo Drift movie. But it’s going to cost you…
If you’re a fan of the Fast and Furious movie franchise, have we got some exciting news for you. The Nissan 350Z from the Tokyo Drift movie is up for sale, but if you want it you’re going to have to part with a considerable amount of cash.
Cheshire Classic Cars in the UK are selling the pristine 350Z also known as DK – “Drift King”. It’s the car that Takashi drove in the movie and you’ll probably best remember it drifting beautifully up a spiral car park ramp in the 2006 movie.
The car itself is a 2002 Nissan 350Z which was tuned by Veilside and sports their Version 3 widebody kit. In addition, it boasts twin APS turbochargers and puts out somewhere in the region of 430-horsepower. A Nismo twin-plate clutch handles all this power and there’s more.
If you’re not into drifting (why not?), the car can be returned back to its original spec to make it more “road friendly”. It was imported into the UK by its current owner and was registered for road use, so no problems there. It’s got less than 10,000 miles on the clock and so has plenty of life left yet.
Also, if you had any reason to doubt its pedigree, the car comes with full paperwork proving its provenance.
So how much is it going to set you back? Well, the price is a cool £149,995 (that’s British pounds). Sound a bit on the heavy side? It probably is considering Paul Walker’s Toyota Supra from the movies sold for just under £120,000 earlier this year and that car is likely to appreciate in value more than the 350Z.
Nevertheless, this is still an awesome machine and would be a fantastic addition to any serious collector’s collection.
